Koru pointed to the targets on the wall of the battle club’s meeting room. Classes were cancelled and Koru could only think about training to clear her head,”Okay You three! One! Two! Three! Keep it up!"Cyndaquil shot embers at the target, Goomy spewed bubbles and Fletchling swooped in at rhythmic intervals, striking the target with it’s wings. While she was doing this now only a awhile ago did she experience a strange feeling in her gut again. Late for class she had stopped at the door seeing Iris talking to Ray again. A wave of awkwardness drowned her in that moment until the announcement that classes were cancelled gave her the moment to leave before they saw her.
Why was so awkward when she got close to them now? She and Ray finally made amends and she couldn’t be happier about that, and Iris was a really nice girl, but Koru hadn’t even gotten to meet his Dratini yet or show her Goomy…"HRGGG….."she crouched down and rustled her hair agitated, prompting her pokemon to stop and stare worryingly and confused. She sighed and let her arms dangle to the floor with her head lowered between her knees,"Guys what’s wrong with me?”Cyndaquil cooed and Goomy nudged her hand with her face. They had noticed their trainer’s behavior but had no idea how to respond. Fletchling however, decide to do what he always did and rest atop her head, nuzzling and cooing relieved. Koru chuckled and completely sat down,”I…may be overthinking things right? I guess…maybe I’m just…"
It seemed that her mind wasnt gone as the announcement went out that classes were canceled and that the time now was to be used for clubs. With that, her and Ray parted ways. There was a promise of meeting up at a later date which allowed for Iris to leave with a little smile on her face as she made to one of her clubs. Really thinking about, she realized that she had a quite a list of clubs to choose from. Coordination, battle, drama... She had to decide which one wanted to visit. Going by alphabetical order, she decided to swing by the fight club, curious about who would be there. Maybe she could get a battle going. Maybe Sameko could see how a battle works and or she could get some training for Bebe.
Excited and the possibilities, Iris walked inside. She was greeted by the site of Koru training with her Pokemon. Iris was about to walk up her when the girl's posture changed. Her head between her knees until her Pokemon cheered her up.
"Hey Koru..." Iris said, approaching cautiously as she let out her Pokemon. She decided that it was better if Koru didnt know she saw her and rather was just making she was didnt get into the line of anyone's fire. "Doing some training today too?"
Sameko and Zoey approached the Pokemon with curiosity as Ling looked around to see what she was going to do today...and look for Charmander.
