Reason for Joining: Mainly curiosity about what lays beyond his home. He isn't certain whether he regrets this decision or not.
Where plan to Join: Right after the crew sets off at the beginning. Rio lives in a swamp right next to the water tribe so it shouldn't be too hard to recruit him.
Plan for Leaving?: At the end of part 1.
Reason for Leaving? They'll be at the water tribe and he'll feel he's explored enough for a while and just won't be returning to the party. This might change depending on rp but for now I'll set that as the point he leaves the group.

What would they be doing when they are encountered?Painting the ocean landscape on a rock.
Allies or an enemy? Good, unless you mess with my paintings.
