Long, curved white teeth shone as a blue-green maw opened into a yawn, tongue curling upwards back into his mouth momentarily. He pushed himself up into a sitting position with his large powdery blue paws. Shaking his mane out before licking it back down into place, the large male hauled himself up and began to stretch. Over time, as he ran into more and more B'alam like himself, his name began to spread, and others began to seek him out. Now, he liked being well known. It was refreshing and he was more than willing to teach those who came to him about the stars. But sometimes, it was tiring and taxing. Most of those who came to him just wanted to know silly little things, like how many stars there were, or if he knew why they were so bright. He was more interested in their positions and divining a meaning out of them.

Were they B'alam who had passed on into an afterlife of sorts? Or were they new lights the Grand Weaver himself would be weaving into life any moment now? He wasn't entirely sure, and that was why he was studying them. The stars in the sky above could mean anything! And he hoped to solve the mystery one day.

Moving through his open glass dome of a home, he reached his crate full of fruits and vegetables. Beside it was a special holding place for meats, of which he opened and pulled out a nice slab of raw meat that he then diced up with his claws. Throwing the pieces into the pot of water over his fire, he went about dicing up some vegetables to toss in with it as well. After all, he needed a nice, hearty breakfast.
