A small squeak had managed to weasel out of her as she fell over the edge, putting out her free arm to keep her from slamming into the building while he dangled her over the edge.
"Now that wasn't nice. How did you do that?" She asked him curiously only to be interupted by him own suspicious questioning. The sinking feeling had returned the more he questioned her almost sending her into a state of panic, but she managed to keep herself calm as she looked up at the man with a frown on her face.
"All I did was climb a set of ladders. I don't see what's so impressive by that since I have been climbing trees bigger than this building since I was a kid. Though I guess it was a little harder this time because I haven't had any trees to climb since coming to this city but it was still same concept of getting up to the first branch, or first rung in this case, since it was higher off the ground. Now I have a question for you. Why are you leading me through the city as if it were a game? And don't tell me that you were trying to leave me behind because I have a feeling that if you had actually wanted me gone you could have lost me." She said calmly, not looking away from the man that held her over e edge even once. The pain in her shoulder was becoming more and more evident with each passing moment but she made no move to adjust herself. It would have been bad if he decided to drop her down to the savage men below because of a little arm movement.
