Hi girls. I really really need help.

One of my friends has this problem of thinking everyone is much better than her. She tries to hide it but I've been noticing it recently. She's asking for help now at least. Its kind of like an inferiority complex. She's had a rough childhood filled with bullies and how she would say 'people leave her for better friends.'

I am at a loss for advice. Help on how she can overcome this?
