Every time she sees his reflection in the water, she woulbe be consumed by it. Consumed with hatered for those who had harmed her, with anger for what had happened, with confusion for why it had happened. But mostly, she was consumed with the desire for revenge. The things she remembered, the things that pair had said, the images and the words burned her, inside where there was no soothing water to ease the burn of it. She could hide in the water all day and all night, but it didn't help. Nothing helped. Nothing would help. Nothing but her revenge. She would tear them apart, make them feel as helpless and broken as she did, make them remember her with fear. It was all she could think about anymore.
