i certainly did not see the site could be discontinued when i joined but its there now so gaia could be on the verge of closing and saying this is your only warning

"We're not going to tell you when we update our ToS, and come the inevitability of us shutting down the site, we neither have to tell you nor give you back any money you have."

Besides being shady as hell, I think that may be a bit on the illegal side.

well at least you got to know ahead of time, i wonder how many dont know its there and will be in for a shock someday when they cant access the site anymore
