Even though I love my job, it's just not what I hoped for.
I have a full-time position, yet I'm given the minimum amount of hours, which is 30. Last week I barely got 29 hours, with the hope of getting paid for Easter (according to store policy) but it turned out I didn't qualify yet for that perk, I guess. Next week seems to be more promising. Yet I can't help but feel frustrated.
I don't want to leave this job, I need it to pay my bills and I finally qualified for health insurance.
But I feel I need something more. Not sure what, because I only have a high school diploma. Pathetic, I know. I wish I was given the right orientation when it came to choosing a career that was right for me. Now I feel... lost. And at the age of 35!
