	Even though I love my job, it's just not what I hoped for. I have a full-time position, yet I'm given the minimum amount of hours, which is 30. Last week I barely got 29 hours, with the hope of getting paid for Easter (according to store policy) but it turned out I didn't qualify yet for that perk, I guess. Next week seems to be more promising. Yet I can't help but feel frustrated. I don't want to leave this job, I need it to pay my bills and I finally qualified for health insurance. But I feel I need something more. Not sure what, because I only have a high school diploma. Pathetic, I know. I wish I was given the right orientation when it came to choosing a career that was right for me. Now I feel... lost. And at the age of 35! -sobs in a corner-

	is there anything else you've ever wanted to do ? have you considered technical school ? I personally finished 4-yr college a couple years ago and worked in the f&b service industry for the 2 years afterwards . I made mullah but work was so very stressful . I was in an accident and couldn't work for about a year ( obviously lost my job ) and now I'm looking to return to the employed world . but I didn't want to go back to what I'd been doing . 4 years at college only taught me how to socialise , think practically , and a couple other things that I worked really hard on ( dance , acting , writing , design ) ... but I wanted a skill - so now I'm looking at online technical classes for software programming . not to change my life goal ( acting and modeling successfully ) , but it will be work that pays the bills and maybe gets me insurance ( although I get my insurance with health connect and am happy with it right now ) that was probably a lot more chatter than you were looking for ><

	Keep the job while you look around for other things you may want to do? You can always take some time to go back into school. A lot of 2 year programs or trade schools. Even a 4 year program if you're ambitious. There are always on-line courses if you feel like learning some new things in your spare time.
