My art shop was deleted

If you say ANYTHING in your posts about offering NSFW commissions or anything over PG13 even if you say that you only do them offsite, you WILL have your thread or that post deleted. That is in the art shop rules. Your sentence did not clearly state that these "Sexy looking" pictures would still be PG13 safe.

Unfortunately, while they still should have warned you, your words could easily have been taken to mean you're willing to offer porn for RLC's. Lots of art shops have similar rules and every time I see one that says they offer NSFW commissions, I report it.

I would not have reported yours but I can see why someone did.

I should have put that the nsfw would not include sex, intense gore, or fetishes. I was only implying pda, kissing, making out (Fluff) and some blood. All within a pg13-ish range. I wish they would have just asked me to clarify rather than delete an entire post. Deleting posts in my book is punishment and not a warning though. If a site is allowed to be hypocritical, harsh, cold, and uncaring as many of it's users are it's a site not worth paying cash for that's for sure.

If someone reported me they had to look really hard through my commission info to find that. Seeing how it was in tiny text in a light color to the canvas background. Seems just like a really a**-holish thing especially if you know an otherwise good post despite one tiny flaw is going to be deleted and you didn't bother to check that later in the topic they've declined a ton of art that is really nsfw. Also declining to note them yourself as a responsible person to remove something like that. Whoever reported me didn't even give me the opportunity to fix what they found uncomfortable to them and reported me right away. I must really be hated.

The art shop has been struggling with keeping prices low for improving art, getting tons of negative feedback for no reason, giving away free art, struggling with irl conflicts, trying to make everyone happy and being generally good people to the public despite personal life issues and gaia's inflation crap.

The shop opened and was "Under construction" and got 20 dislikes within the first hour before I even had it all set up yet.

I'd understand if my art were crappy, or if I cursed a lot or I harassed people. If I joked about rape or was generally a douche to deserve dislikes or post deletion. But I am not that kind of a person. Not online and not in person.

Unfortunately that's how it goes here. My artshop had over 100
They definitely should have warned you. I've been warned for saying I drew Pin-up art before I clarified that I meant pg13 pin-up art, nothing pornographic. Perhaps you should message the mod and ask why you weren't warned?

The MOD said that deleting was the warning and that the punishment is getting my account banned.

It's nice to know that no matter what I do or no matter where I am a mistake like not describing what that I meant certain things is punished in the most careless way possible. Nothing like getting kicked out of school for a week letting a friend hug me when my dad died, or getting detention for fighting back to a bully for once in my life or having a post deleted after all my hard work because I wasn't specific enough on one small insignificant line.

To be fair I'm used to people being cruel and wicked to me all the time. I just attract that kind of treatment. I probably shouldn't even complain about it cause I know that I will be treated horribly tomorrow somewhere else anyway.

I read the TOS and it says that the only reason a post is deleted instantly as a warning is if the post contains cyber sex, strong sexual language or porn.
