His room had finally been rid of the boxes, and he decided to take a walk, just to take a look around. Ari, who had exhausted himself while unpacking, didn't want to be around the dorms. His hood was down, and his ears twitched.
It was almost like back at home. He found himself falling into a daydream as he walked along. Deshi was in school with him, he wasn't having to leave her behind at home, and he didn't have to worry about her getting into trouble. And then he turned back to himself. He was in a brand new environment, and could find whoever he wanted to fall in love with. His parents couldn't tell him no, and he could finally find someone nice.
He tripped and fell. As he came out of his daydream, he blinked. He'd tripped and scattered out over on what he believed to be the school hallway floor.
"Phenomenal."

Marcus had Dis summoned, and in his first time back at the haunted house since his impromptu nap and short term memory loss. The result? Dis was chattering away, and Marcus was taking the vampire's advice as blanket fact. Which as Marcus was finding out, was not the best, nor brightest of ideas. So far, he'd ended up burned, bitten and now, lost in the haunted house.
At the sound of something down a hall, hitting something, Marcus decided to investigate, hoping for something.
Something that according to Dis, would be better than the last 'd**k' they found, (which he couldn't quite recall actually).
A student, or maybe not a student but a youthful looking thing on the floor Marcus stared before tapping the tip of his scimitar to the floor. "You know, floors are pretty interesting and all, but I wouldn't suggest keeping your eyes on it for very long."
