I am on a diet that seems easy to me. I can't eat meals with more than ten grams of carbs but I can eat meat, also the fat, and veggies. It speaks of no worrying over calories. I've researched in why this would work and taken advices from people who are in this diet, one person would be my French teacher. It works for me , but I can't keep carbs off my meals because im still a teen and can't control the meals served on the table. I didn't extremely change my appearance, but my weight is maintained. I don't see me gaining a lot of weight. I do love sugar and my brain craves for it, so I would eat a bread roll or a fruit. I cheated when there is a party at my place. My aunt brought a seven layered chocolate cake from Beverly Hills, and it was heaven. It's like eating a gourmet chocolate bar. The great thing is I have high standards with carbs, so I refused eating one dollar candy and chips because they taste rubbish. I'm joking but I don't eat them because they hurt my tooth. I would only eat chocolate , dried fruits, and nuts. Oh, I like eating uncooked vegetables with cheese (my favorite brand is the laughing cow). Yes, I love veggies with cheese.
