Yes, you read the topic right. It's noodles time!! I had the most deli Vegetarian noodles <3
So, tell me what's your favourite noodle flavour?
Curry, Tomyam, Chicken, or Etc. smile

Beef Udon all the way! emotion_kirakira

It's just so weird that almost no noodle house around here makes it. It's all chicken, tempura, shrimp, vegetarian...Well maybe I want my noodles to be swimming in a delicious beefy broth! [/Americanization lol]

Then when I go out of town and find they have beef udon, it's disappointing because the broth is so thin. gonk No spices, no garnish save for very few green onions, and the beef isn't flavorful at all. The noodles have nothing to absorb! Though I also like Kake udon if I want to get more realistic on how udon is eaten.

Oh, I also like beef yakisoba.

Gosh, my American is showing with all this beef. rofl
