It is the place where Chibis rain from the sky! You as a chibi can do many many things. This is an rp where you get to be a chibi *mini person* and do things to make the world a more chibi place. All chibis have the basic powers of poofing from a normal person to a chibi. But each chibi will have up to three powers in which you can do amazing things! All chibis must put their powers together to help other chibis out when its their time of need. Now all chibis power can be drained, but it is easy to recharge their power; snuggles, cuddles, huggles, chibi burritos, and more will recharge your powers.
