Been rewatching it on The Hub.
Having learned a bit about proper Greek legends and folklore, I find I have to shove it all aside to enjoy the show. The worst offender in that regard being that they used Heracles's Roman name instead of his Greek name.
Still a funny show though.

Well remember it IS a fantasy show that craws inspiration from the legends instead of actually basing itself on them. That and more Americans know the name Hercules than Herakles.

That's why I shove my knowledge of those things aside. :3 Besides, Disney's version was MUCH worse in terms of accuracy.

Disney has been surprisingly in character with their original Winnie-the-Pooh stories though.

Disney has been surprisingly in character with their original Winnie-the-Pooh stories though. I still wanna see Winnie the Pooh reciting Churchill's famous speeches.
