She eyed his glowing fist with some amount of caution, keeping her guard up and at the ready for whatever he was about to throw at her. In her experience glowing things usually meant a build up of Fear, of power ready to be unleashed with unstoppable force at a target. If that was the case, all she could really do was prepare herself to absorb the blow, take it like a woman and not show any pain or weakness to the child that stood across from her.
When the attack never came she smirked and gave a small shake of her head, her smile turning into something more sinister as she raised her own dagger, it's blade beginning to glow a soft yellow as she slowly eased her own Fear into it, imbuing it with a new force of strength before launching herself forward without warning, her wings beating behind her to add speed to her movements. He had been right to be wary of her dagger, but it was much too late to do anything about it now as she struck forward, wrapping two hands around the hilt and raising it up before striking at him with one swift and powerful blow, her teeth bare and gritted tight, her Fear resonating from that blade making the strike all the more potent.
Maybe now he would realize he was playing in the big leagues and needed to step up his game.

West had seen Fear shields that deflected damage neatly and precisely, like shiny little... shields, all the way up until they were depleted. Being who and what he was, he had never been envious of such protection, but in times like these he could see the advantages.
The horsewoman was on him too quickly to counter, her glowing blade piercing his shoulder before he could do more than spit out a curse. Caught off guard by her assault, he pulled back at a laughably incorrect angle, tugging at his new wound rather than slipping the blade out cleanly.
His opposite hand clapped tightly over the wound as he backed away, the white glop already coating him turning everywhere he bled a cheery pink.
"See now that... he began, inhaling deeply as he peeled his hand away and looked at it. "Someday I gotta get a knife."

She pulled away, tearing her dagger out of his shoulder in a motion that was swift but messy considering how he had turned his body just as she drew the dagger away. Her eyes flickered to his face, gauged his reaction to the assault, then they trailed back to her handiwork, that blood that flowed freely from beneath his hand, but not the vibrant color she was more accustomed too.
It was rather amusing to think that this boy bled pink, even if she knew better.
"They are rather....convenient." She responded, with a quick flick of the blade to clear it of any blood. "Though I'm surprised you wouldn't rather wield something larger, a more "Though I'm surprised you wouldn't rather wield something larger, a more [i] impressive[i/] blade. A sword perhaps?"[i] impressive[i/] blade. A sword perhaps?" She was still smirkning, and now she sounded amused, as though it were all nothing more then a joke to her. Of course, she didn't think he could handle wielding a blade of any size.
"Here. Catch." Her voice became more like a growl, her eyes narrowing and her expression wiped clean of amusement as she flung the dagger at him swiftly, blade first.

His reaction to her growled command was involuntary at first, the sort of unthinking response he might have had during a fight when an ally gave him an order. Too bad this wasn't that kind of fight. West very nearly reached out to try and grab her dagger from the air, snarling and stepping back when he realized what he'd almost done. The boil was close to his end, he could tell, but he wasn't in the mood to give up.
The dagger grazed his forearm, drawing another line of blood. He rolled down his shirt sleeve and pressed it against the gash, watching as it soaked through and darkened the already murky fabric. West looked up again, his expression too mild to be worn in the middle of a spar, almost as if he had forgotten where he was. Another white blob splatted on the ground nearby, and he chose to move away from it rather than strike again.

She was still grinning as her weapon flew at it's intended target, watching with gleeful anticipation as it met it's mark, and slight amusement at the boy at first acting as though he might actually reach for it.
His movements seemed sluggish, however, something in his eyes dulled. Even the bright slash of red blood that would have normally excited the horsewoman further did nothing to wash away her sudden feelings leaning towards concern. Had she taken things too far? This was, after all, nothing more then a child compared to her. She stopped and straightened, and frowned as she resummoned her dagger to her hand, before letting it vanish.
"Are you finished?" She asked, not willing to continue at this time, not until he said he was ready for more.
