This is a mystery rp, set in a setting similar to the 1940s USA.
A grisly murder has occurred in a small town, shocking the citizens and sending many of them to a panic. It becomes apparent that this is no isolated incident as a rash of similar killings spread through the area. With the police force down on officers, three of whom have been victims of the enigmatic killer, they have begun to hire private investigators and even mercenaries to track them down and bring them to justice. The stakes are high and time is short, will you be able to discover the identity of the murderer before it's too late?

The Setting: This occurs in a late 1940's town in the Midwest USA. Most of the citizens have little more education than eight years and are prone to panic. The police force, which was small to begin with, is down on officers.
Dense woods surround the town, only a few major routes come anywhere close to connecting the small town to bigger cities. A good deal of the population lives on the edge of town on farms cut out of the woods.
