Twenty years have passed since the epic battle of Blackest Night. Twenty years of heroics, adventure, and change. Heroes have hung their capes and boots up for good, though some still fight on. Others continue the fight, managing their normal life alongside the one under the cape. Many have found themselves with a new title; 'Parents'.

New crusaders, many young teens, rise from their parents' shadows. As they begin to seek out to create their own adventures, new villains and old take up arms. Battles begin to ensue, legends shall be made, and the next generation of DC comics shall be made!

+When creating a character, check Taken Parentage. If there is a taken slot of one or both parents you wish to have for your character, you must PM the user with that slot and ask them for permission.

+There will be no godmodding characters. All characters will have a substantial weakness to be exploited.

+Canons must be requested via PM with a Role Playing sample.

Star City

Star City is most well known as the home to the Green Arrow family, as well as the main hub of S.T.A.R. Labs. The port city is great for the waves, artistry, and city life that so many modern people crave. Beware the crime of the Triangle and enjoy the views from Star Bridge and Pap Stadium. Welcome to Star City.

Sniper

A dark clothed young woman stealthily made her way through the rooftop. Her eyes showed no bearings of mercy as the girl loaded her two handguns. Any moment now, her master would also be arriving. Bloody Sunday and Maundy Monday were ready, and so was their owner. She took off the safety and crouched down into a defensive position in case any so-called "heroes" interfered with the day's work.

Apex

A lone man watched the young woman from another rooftop, and slowly shook his head, getting her attention and leaping forward, moving so quickly she wouldn't catch it. He too crouched down as he approached, and said: "You have a sniper rifle. The target should be passing by the window across from us and two floors down in about thirty seconds. Why use a pistol when the nearest super heroes are currently about a mile away and the target needs to be sniped?"

Apex sincerely hoped he hadn't looked so stupid in front of his master while in training...

Sniper

She blushed but kept her composure. "Yes, Master, I am just eager for the mission is all."

Pulling out her rifle, the girl attached her scope and aimed for the target. Apparently, he was in a rush to get somewhere, but she could get him right where she wanted him. One breath in, she made sure the target did not move. One breath out, and the bullet flew from the sniper rifle and through the glass window, straight to the victim's head through the brain, an instant kill. A look of satisfaction crossed the young woman's face as she detached the scope.

Apex didn't bother to comment; when he didn't make a comment, that meant she had done a good job.

"Eagerness can get you killed. Killing isn't fun, and it's not a game; it's just business," he said firmly. "Now let's get out of here. The pay will be wired through shortly.

With that, he turned and started walking away.

Sniper

"Understood, Master," the girl said simply. "Don't want to do what got Rose Wilson killed." Her guns were back in the holsters, and the rifle was strapped to her back as Sniper followed Apex back.

Apex

Apex nodded once, and didn't say anything as he moved back to his safehouse in Star City, making sure no-one had seen him or his apprentice. When they got back, he removed his weapons and moved right to his laptop, logging on.

"... Mmhmm. Ten thousand dollars wired to your bank account," he said shortly.

Sniper

Sniper took off her mask to take a look, her pixied hair all crazy. "Perfect, now I can get those knives." She moved into the other room, which was her bedroom, to change. Sniper came out in lounge pants and a black camisole, logging onto her own laptop on Apex's sofa. She went onto the site for the weaponry they usually bought and scrolled down, looking at the options.

"You have enough knives. Look for something else, like pistols that can actually kill someone. Nine-mill's are pathetic." Apex replied in his stoic, deadpan tone as he began looking through messages on one of his multiple email accounts. Even then, his dislike for nine-millimeter pistols was evident.

Sniper

She scowled at Apex's comment about the nine mill pistols, but started looking at other guns. Scrolling down the site, Sniper clicked on the one for automatic rifles. A lot of these were in for military demand, and her eyes widened at the Army plastic coating with green camoflage. "Ka-ching!" she whispered. "Lord in Heaven, if I confess my sins, may I have this rifle?" Sniper chuckled as she marveled.
