First thing that hit me was the font - nice choice. Very "smack-bang-in-your-face".
And [squirms] it's so deliciously heartfelt. When I got the "I smiled with greed", I almost found myself rooting for the murderer.

And I love the somewhat weary ending. Provides a very nice finishing to the madness in the middle. Quick question, though. Am I being overly pedantic and sleep-deprived or did you mean to type "grew" instead of "drew"?
