	So I've been having constipation since Sunday and it's making me pretty paranoid. I was a bit paranoid when I thought I might have a problem with gluten, since I noticed it shortly after I had a bowl of MOM'S brand Sweetened Wheatfuls, which is absurd because I've never had a problem with it before. Then, yesterday there was a random ache on the left side of my neck, but it's gone now. Also, I tried to go to the bathroom and was somewhat successful, but when I wiped I accidentally scratched a it inside, and now there's a weird feeling there, tightness in my stomach, and a weird feeling in my throat, which is kinda freaking me out a little. AM I GOING INSANE? cat_crying

	trust me youre not goin insane, just drink some water mixed with miralax and see if that will work. and your neck pain...well you either slept wrong or paranoia is getting the best of you lol
