I think it depends. Hers were cause she puts lip balm on like every hour xD but again it was an awkward kiss so it didn't feel as nice as some say it does xD

From my experience, girls lips are so much softer than guys lips. And where guys seem all about the tongue (gross!) girls seem more about the lips. Never had a bad kiss with a girl! And is it just me or do guys never brush their teeth? cat_xp

Personally I would say yes~ As women are more careful with lip care, and wear chap stick. While men don't use anything really, as well as dental care. Women seem to be more wary of the fact if their breath had an odor to it or not~
But all in all, yes women are in the end better than men with kissing~

Kissing a girl is amazing, if its meaningful. Girls have way softer lips which is nice and as the others said, they're a lot more aware of what they're doing and they don't get so...over excited? I guess you'd say, and shove their tongue down your throat, its just more about the feeling and emotion rather than the actual physical aspect that guys seem to focus on. There's really no good way to explain it until you experience it. If you really like the girl, its amazing. (:
