The use of laptop (screen saving)

Okay, I need help make a copy of my sketch image but it wont let me save it as jpg. So, I think it would be easier if I just take a picture strait from the screen sees and past it in "paint".

So which key is it on the keyboard to screen save?

Ctrl + V, or right click on the "paint" screen and select "Paste".
