LOST CLAN CREATION FORM The Horseman Name: Zhi Zhang ((Zhi is her first name.)) Nicknames: N/A Gender: Female Age: -- N/A
Original Clan: Conquest
Job Role: Artisan -- Artisans are members of the non-Imperial bloodline who work hard in the traditional arts, including calligraphy, painting, and crafting. They may teach others in these arts as well, but spend most of their time performing, selling, and manufacturing for their Clan. They also have the ability to temporarily allow their ink drawings to come to life for a very limited amount of time.
Personality:
Jack Of All Styles, Master Of One -- Since the destruction of her species, Zhi has been immensely glad that she chose to study not just one art style. While their amazing culture was still in existence, Zhi specifically studied the painting arts, but also dabbled in everything her Clan had to offer, from sculpting to carving and everything in between. As such, while she is not a complete "professional" at some of the more elusive techniques and arts, she at least has some knowledge base of them and how to perform them. (After all, if she'd been that good, she would've been at the meeting, right?) She has much more study devoted to the arts of painting, calligraphy, and scroll-work (and other such styles) than to, say, vase-making, ceramics, or architecture, but she could probably still work out how to make something from what she studied. It wouldn't be the best vase, but it wouldn't be the worst, either. She at least would have a working knowledge of several other styles, for which she is thankful for. At least now she knows, if only through herself and what she can teach others, that some of the history and cultural richness of her Clan can be preserved and passed on. As one of the few Artisans left, she hopes that someone else with specialties differing from her own have survived as well, so that they have a better knowledge base to rebuild their culture from.
"You Want My Art?" -- Zhi was always immensely honored when others showed interest in her artistic creations back on Conquest Isle. She still is, and her eyes light up as soon as someone even mentions a vague comment about liking any of her pieces. Since she wasn't the best artisan back home, and since she didn't focus all of her attention into one specific craft, she's still a little nervous about anyone judging her creations. However, as soon as a compliment or even a pleased expression is directed at her work, or herself, she becomes flustered and humble all at the same time. If the person in question is from her original Clan, or even another Artisan, the effect is even worse, since she knows that they actually understand and appreciate the significance of her artwork and what it means. This extends into her everyday life in the form of respect and knowing her role, and she will act honored when approached by someone of a higher rank than herself. (This leads to some vague confusion on her part when the other Clans come into play, as she doesn't know what their ranking hierarchy equivalency is.) She knows her place and her skills, and as a result expects the same out of others.
Eyes Everywhere -- Since the destruction of the only home she's ever known, Zhi has become increasingly vigilant. She'll try to keep watch on everything that's going on, and doesn't want to be caught unaware. (This can be a bit unfortunate considering she's so short she can't see over many people's heads anyway.) This paranoia has started to seep into her artwork even, and many of her creations display several more eyes than normal or necessary, unless she is concentrating on not adding them in. This gives her a slightly prickly outer layer, and leads her to be a little on the guarded side upon first meeting someone else.
Shaken To the Core -- ((Note: This isn't to be confused with any Insanity.)) While she tries not to let it show, the destruction of her homeland has hit Zhi harder than she ever imagined an event could. She lost her family, a little brother and her loving parents, in that one moment, along with countless friends and her entire culture, as her world literally shattered around her. Any mention of family members could bring a shaken expression and averted eyes. Now though, now that they are in a place where they are safe and can start again, she cherishes stability and soundness. Despite the rather determined facade, Zhi doubts she could pull herself together again if something has traumatic as the complete demolition of her homeland happened again.
"I can do it!" -- This almost always applies to trying to get things off shelves, or do things while dealing with her somewhat small nature. She will always try to find a way to fix her problems (such as having an ink jar being too high up on a shelf), even if those attempts at 'fixing' the problem are just her standing near the issue and vainly reaching for what she needs for about ten minutes (Possibly with flailing little arms included) before rethinking her tactics and trying to do something else. This extends to the rest of her life as well, and she'll work raggedly on a project until she absolutely knows that she can or cannot complete it.
"Have you ever played Diplomacy?" -- Zhi has a not-so-secret love of gambling games. She could often be found playing away in the Hall when she had spare time and wasn't completely focused on her work. It isn't the prospect of victory (well, not completely, anyway) that drives Zhi's love for gaming. Instead, it's the thrill of it all, the potential prospects and all the chances that accompany the game singing in harmony with her excitement. Perhaps since she molds so much in her daily life and faces so much over her own organizational system, in the form of artwork, paintings, ceramics, she instinctively desires some activity in which she has no control over for a change. Perhaps her current love for gambling is because games like Diplomacy remind her of happier times, times spent surrounded by friends back on her home Isle... Or perhaps these are all just the reasons she tells herself to convince herself that she's not truly addicted. Someone else will have to be the judge of that.
Mount Form: A white horse with a few ink-like speckles and splotches on it's legs. (Nothing big enough to be considered stockings, just little flecks here and there.) Her horse would probably have some complex reins (due to her being an Artisan), with tassels and other ornamental attachments on it, as well? (Aka the tack on this horse clearly belongs to an Artisan who really likes making decorations.)
Weapon Form: A Kaiyuan-style bow. (Made of bronze, ivory, and wood? Unless that's too complex?) It looks a lot taller/longer than it should next to her.
FEAR ATTACK: Eyes In Ink ((Gambler's Chance)): Zhi unleashes an arrow coated with ink made of her Fear, which transforms mid-flight into one of her many-eyed summoning creations. The creature then bounds forward in a powerful attack, but afterward it returns to her with so much force that, as she re-absorbs the inky-creation into her Fear, it actually does damage to her as well.
Physical Description:
Eye Colour: Light green. Hair Colour/Style: Black, with loops on the sides and then piled on the back of her head. Skin Colour: Parchment pale. Clothing Style/Colours: Wears a long green and gold embroidered over-robe, with a decorative piece in the front. The tail of the robe is extremely long, and the sleeves are wide and long enough that she could fit some painting supplies up them. Black pants beneath her robe, and green boots. Extra: A huge, ghostly blob-like creature with four eyes can often be found with her and, as it's legs are short, can be found sitting on her at times when she has it summoned. She's also quite petite (and by petite we also mean that she's so short she's always having trouble getting things off shelves), which she tries to make up for with billowing clothing. It's not working very well. References: Conquest Artisan

Former Clans:
SPACEConquest: The perfect Clan, as far as Zhi is concerned. The ruination of their Isle is certainly the worst loss that the Horsemen faced. In her eyes, the order, style, and culture of Conquest are the most beautiful and perfect of all cultures. She understands her culture, knows her place, and will faithfully do everything she can to restore her people to their former glory.
SPACEWar: Organized chaos? Zhi doesn't know enough about this Clan to make a full opinion about them. She knows that they are amazing fighters, which is something to appreciate in any case. Plus, often Conquest comes from War, or vise versa, so she feels they would most likely get along if she had any real experience with them. Their taste in clothing, organization, and other such things is a bit off-putting though.
SPACEFamine: Their ability to survive is impressive, as is their ability to create things. Their organization is also amazing, and she considers organization in general beautiful. Their clothing and strange usage of humans are peculiar, at best, but besides that, Famine seems to be a rather interesting.
SPACEDeath: She appreciates their love for finely-crafted artwork, and that they understand the depths which artwork can convey. She also approves of the fact that the members of Death understand and follow social order and hierarchy, and that they respect rankings. While she doesn't fully understand their cult-like ideals, she supposes they are a beautiful culture in their own right.
Halloween:
SPACENormal Citizens: People that have so many different cultures and styles that Zhi doesn't even know where to start with them. She's wary of them, at least partially, and isn't sure how she feels about having to accept assistance from them. On one hand, she is grateful for the generosity they have displayed in giving them a Reserve to live on, but on the other, she feels humiliated for her kind, humiliated that Horsemen such as herself have to accept help from Halloween in the first place.
SPACEAmityville: There are unpolished gems among them, to be sure. She saw as much when some of them visited her Isle, noting that some people had traits that simply needed some buffing and carving to become beautiful. Perhaps some of them have further untapped potential to learn more of the bountiful skills her people have. This does not extend to all of the Students though, and they will have to prove any rank to her before she accepts it. She also feels, naturally, that as a Horseman she is ranked above them for most things.
Humans:
SPACENormal Humans: Cattle. They should be kept unaware and 'milked' reasonably, to ensure Fear for years to come. They are a resource that the Horsemen must responsibly handle, and they should regulate how they treat their cattle. Perhaps her kind could eventually breed them specifically for Fear? Ah, it would be a beautiful thing!
SPACEHunters: She hopes that every ounce of Fear can be ripped from them, and then once they are worthless, that they will be culled like the bad-blooded cattle they are. Things like Hunters corrupt the simple sheep humans, and as such should be disposed of immediately. On a personal level, Zhi hopes to one day paint a memorial for her lost homeland with the very life-blood of the Hunters. Hopefully from the Hunters while they still live, so she can hear their agony as she rips her instrument through their veins and uses their heart as an inkwell.
