I've been asking this same question over several months and I've gotten a range of 5k to around 20k so I'm really not sure what to think. I've seen really crappy art shops sell things for 5k that are way under the quality of the samples I provided. I didn't think 5k was fair.

It's all objective, as some shops will charge several hundred thousand for one piece for work that's fairly good, but not exactly Sistine Chapel worthy.

Not sure most of the art I get is freebies but tip wise probably 5-10k depending on how it looks maybe more. ^^

Yeah, I think one of the best pieces of advice I was told was to ignore the lowballs anyway, as some people put a price based on what they themselves can pay, not the most or least they would pay for the art possible.
I was looking around at different threads in the Pricing forum today anyway getting a gauge on different art types and what people priced them, some of the really good ones got ranges from less than 100k to 500k+. It's really confusing, I don't even know if I still want to have an art shop, even a temporary one. I'm more into designing graphics anyway, which I do all the time.

At this point, I'm thinking that 30k is the least I'd draw for someone.

Well I'm not talking tips, I'm talking flat charges and there's no way in hell I'd charge 5k when I've seen crap-a** chibis sell for 5k. Plus, you have to keep inflation in mind. 5k is the equivalent of 3-5 minutes of Booty Grab (depending on how good the tanks are), compared to at least an hour of me drawing...no.

Yea I know thats why I clearly said tip price which means this would be worth more then what I said. But its cool.
