	Amanda looks around at her classmates. I have always been fond of the Phoenix. I would love to know a bit more about such a magnificent creature. Even after learning about the classifications in Lesson one, I don't feel I know enough about a Phoenix to know where to place them! XXX? What do you lot think? She says looking around the room. It was fascination to learn what classifies a beast versus a being! Where do you lot think a House Elf would fall? The house elves that are not free have no legal rights or voice in the governance of the magical world, however they clearly have intelligence to understand the laws of the magical community.....
