I only played the two for PS2, but I really liked them. I've meant to play more, but I can never get a solid answer on what I should play next or whether I should play them in order or not.

I think if you can you should play them in this order:

Birth By Sleep, (KH1), Chain of Memories, (KH2), 258/2 Days, Coded

3nodding That would be the correct order, story-wise. Unless I forgot a game now...

wait, isn't BBS for something else, like the DS?

so how does it come before the first one for the ps2?? gonk

since it's a prequel that's come out after all the others, will I be confused playing it if I haven't played the others? like will they reference characters or events from the other games?

I know there are characters in there that appear again later but I would assume you can play it first and get the beginning of the story without worrying about the ******** up complicated things they have in the plot later. xd

I love the KH series! I also own a couple of Kingdom Hearts shirts, a hoodie, and some fan-created artwork on the wall of my room I bought over the years at conventions. I have not played Birth by sleep, because I don't have a PSP...

I have a nice KH collection myself...

A original sized Kingdom Key, lots of necklaces/rings/etc., trading cards, all of the games (except for BBS but including Re:CoM and Final Mix+), all manga, almost all collection/action figures, a Roxas plushie, ... eh, and a bunch more that I forgot about. xd (Oh yeah, both PS2 OSTs, too)

I have to stock up on KH merch. But I only want it to HAVE it, not to show it off somewhere in my room. Because most of the stuff is so hideous. XD

after about a billion prequels, midquels, more midquels, .75quels


just make the damn third game already


but then again I dont pay attention to KH, so..maybe the 3rd game is out?

I honestly dont know.

This is all I think anymore of KH. Stop making all those stupid smaller games.
Re: Chain of Memories was really bad. sweatdrop I enjoyed Birth by Sleep but didn't finish the last bit of it and I don't have a DS so I never played those.

I love Kingdom Hearts. It's the first game I actually completed. Same as KH2. I played it so much with my boyfriend. We would sit there for so long trying to make a perfect file.

I adore the main entries to the series, but I really couldn't get behind the idea and execution of Xion and I have yet to finish Birth By Sleep. Strangely, the bad spin-offs make me more excited for the third main entry.

I love Kingdom Hearts. It's the first game I actually completed. Same as KH2. I played it so much with my boyfriend. We would sit there for so long trying to make a perfect file.

I was SO proud when I got 100% in KH1.

I did every single boss fight, got all keyblades, summons, ... ah whatever there was to get, I got it! Damn, that was awesome.

Never managed to do that in KH2, though.
All boss fights and keyblades, yes. But all mini games at perfect score? NEVUR.
