Ridley Starsmore DC-Chan I...wear a one piece swimsuit with shorts and call it a day.
*am a horrible person*
crying It's like I don't even know you any more. crying You know...you all could do like i do. You'd definitely lose weight. How'd you all feel about moving 12,000 pounds of freight in an hour five days a week? mrgreen Will it make you tired? Not gonna lie. YES. But you will also be able to flip a Volkswagon Beetle. Bear in mind, it's not for everyone. sweatdrop
OUR RELATIONSHIP IS BASED OFF LIES.
Now that you know the real me, we'll never be friends again!

Lol, I know I could lose the weight if I decided I really wanted to, but...I really don't have the time. I'm not using that as an excuse, 4 srs.
Right now my schedule is:
7:15 - Wakeup/Take shower/Eat breakfast 8:00 - Catch bus to school 8:35 - Get into office, check emails, have coffee 9:00 - First block of classes 1:10 - Lunch 1:45 - Lab 3:45 - Office to look at data 5:00 - Lab (again? why i do this?) 7:30 - Dinner (????) 10:20 - Get home. 10:30 - Do homework 12:00 - Give up on homework and go to sleep.
I think if I tried to workout, seriously, I would prob have to give up eating. Which I love.
I mean, I'm not totally a flop-person. I walk at least four-five miles on campus, uphill, so I am kinda okay. Just....really busy right now.
Also, I just don't think my body likes giving up its fat stores while gaining muscle. When I was on crew, which was so much fun, I had so much muscle but I still had my little buddha-belly.

That's right, I keep forgetting you are in school.
Dang youngsters!-shakes my cane!-
Well...there is always the old military boot camp standby.
You'll have to find half an hour some where though. But it WORKS.
Start with as many push ups as you can in 2 minutes. Then as many sit ups as you can in 2 minutes. (crunches work if you have bad knees) Then try to get a mile and a half in under 15 minutes. (This can be done with a light jog.)
Do this daily, and try to add one more than you did the day before.
It sounds incredibly stupid and easy, but it works.
(Note: Ridley will be doing this starting January 1st, and will have a thread helping to track my own progress. Feel free to go along!)
