The thing that's most eyecatching are the pants. It seems..hard. That is, have a fixed shape akin to victorian bustles that legs suddenly spring out from. The folds in the cloth doesn't match where the legs are coming out from.

The background - love the idea, though the typical sumi-e style have a more varied brush stroke - thinner flowers, varying thickness and the sort.
