I think its important to read multiple translations because each brings something new to the verse. I have a contemperary Bible an KJV which are radicall different, so they almost always use different words and it really helps to understand verses.

I don't know too much about that, much less many other Bible translations, so I'm probably not a great source to go by on this topic. I think most Bible translations are perfectly fine unless the translator is purpously trying to distort the meaning, which I'm sure you're wouldn't (I mean who would? Even if you don't believe the Bible who would knowling distort what most people believe to be the will of God just ffor the heck of it?)

I'm sure it'a a good translation, but I've never had any expereince with it.
