I wouldn't count on it. The SEED phase is over, so if they wanted a 3rd, it'd be pretty out of place after 00, AGE, GBF/T, gundam: The origins and G Reconquista... -Edit- Although SEED is still one of the most popular gundam series in japan, and still goes on strong last I heard. Can't understand why with as many issues I'm seeing as I watch it though...
