You have to go into the hangout and talk to some NPCs. Or just buy them off the MP, since they're anywhere between 50 - 200 GG. xp

I saved a bunch of them up. There's the sunglasses, beanie, cola slushie, cola bottle, snow board, retro raygun, helmet and stupid charm. I have been using all that crap to donate to the xmas event. Works pretty well so far 3nodding
