this poem I wrote a while back and i was planing on posting here
The Greasy French Fry
The Greasy french siting there on my plate
Wondering curious about its fate.
I look at the fry wondering if I should eat it or through it away.
Knowing from both actions the price I shall pay.
For if I eat it I gain the less than a gram of weight.
And be different from the perfect figure of public debate.
But if I throw out the french fry the flavor I shall not know.
I wont know if its the greatest or just so-so.
I take the french fry into my hand.
Hoping that its will be grand.
I open my mouth and put the fry in.
Not caring about the weight of the sin.
I chew I swallow and give a sigh.
"That wasn't the best of all french fries"
I stand up and pick up my tray.
The garbage ready to be thrown away
I go and leave the place of fast food cuisine.
With a new ketchup stained jeans.
I walk out seeing the sky.
And wave to the people good bye.
