Yeah, I need serious help.

Recently I've come to realize that my fetish is more of an unhealthy
obsession. It became a part of every day life for me...

I'm not going to say what it is because it's extremely embarrassing,
but I told my mom what it was and that I wanted help to kick it.

So I need to go to therapy for it, BUT I need a specialist.. Great.

Anyone have any tips or advice of how to kick a really strong fetish or how to
find a fetish specialist, because we're having no luck finding one..

Go to a normal doctor and ask for a referral to a specialist. That's how I'd do it...

I'm no doc but...there are some differences between fetishes and addictions and many similarities. Once you can figure out which it is the easier it will be for you to "treat" it.
Fetishes can become addictions. If this is what has happened you would need to see a therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist or a support group. You can usually find one online (insert cautionary note to look out for scams).
If your Fetish is physically harmful, i.e. damages your body, you need to see a regular doctor to treat those injuries and then immediately search for (see above)
Please remember that fetishes aren't necessarily a bad thing but above all you just need to make sure that what ever it is it doesn't harm you. Speaking from experience... redface ...I still haven't completely kicked my fetish but I have brought it to a point of "very manageable". Most experts would agree that this would be a "normal state".
I looked for help.
Kept myself busy.
Removed myself from my addiction. This I felt was most important. Basically if it's too big for you to get rid of stay away and if it's small enough to remove get rid of it.
Socialized. Talking with people in a good environment takes things off your mind.
Well...I guess that's about everything I can say. I'm not a doctor; I'm just speaking from experience. You can get rid of it. We're all behind you.
