I know what you mean. I live near Central London, where there are next to no bins. So every smoker just dumps their junk on the floor.

i hate smoking its a nasty habit and even if i see a real hot guy and rate him a 10 he loses at least 5 points if he smokes

I dont mind people smoking at all cause i have a family of smokers nd im use to it of its smell.I rather Drink but not become an alchaholic just saying raher drink than smoke..

i was at a performance of opera singers yesterday and people were still smoking. near the singers. i swear i hate people who are inconsiderate.
