Okay, I'm 5' 0". According to the BMI chart thing, I'm supposed to weigh around 116 lbs. I tell people this, and they tell me I'd look very unhealthy and not have enough fat to be healthy. Is the BMI wrong or right?
Also, what do you when you lose weight and you have a ton of loose skin just hanging there? It's one of my worries about losing the 60 lbs I'm currently aiming for.
And, final question, what do you do to get rid of stretch marks?
