I started a journal here before but I completely changed everything and it's just invalid now lol.

What I do;
- Drink 10cups of water daily (with occasional V8 when I need extra calories)
- No chips, cookies, brownies, coffee (I can only drink it with loads of sugar), soda, candy, pizza, or fast food. I very rarely cheat, because what I do eat tends to be from donors and such, so it's a little hard to be picky sometimes.
- Eat ~1200 calories daily.
- Walk daily (I try to make it possible every day, but I seem to get sick a lot, which also makes it hard).
- Do 50 crunches right before bed, daily (again, whenever I'm not sick).


What I need to work on;
- Eating more vegetables
- Not having to force water down (Decided that this is completed 5/25/11)
- Having a more balanced diet
- Super processed food
- Making up for the calories I burn (I just learned that this was necessary)
