So, I've been away for a while, for about the past year I've been holding at 160-178 lbs. But it's not been a steady hold. My weight fluctuates wildly between my mood and life (which is pretty hectic). I've had some serious mental problems in the past four months and the one thing that I've been doing consistently is OVEREATING. Like. Every night. Like. I don't know how I'm not gaining a *lot* of weight, but I haven't. I'm creeping up to 180 (178.2 lbs is the highest I've been I think) but I'm pretty sure it's mostly bloating from the last few nights.
I'm a vegetarian (on and off vegan is what I am but I'm too ashamed to say that in many spaces). I also do stilting, hooping, staff work, and contact juggling. Some of those I do together. : P
I have my bike and plan to be riding it most places come Monday.
Start weight: 233 lbs. (Seriously!)
Current weight: 178.2 lbs.
Goal weight: 155 lbs.
There are a few things I can do to help myself.
One: Eating happens at the table. No more of this, snacking and eating on the couch thing. ._.
Two: I'm going on a mild detox. Nothing special, but I am going to limit my dairy, sugar and salt.
For calorie counting. (I'm doing that again. My attempts to just feed myself without the counting hasn't gone well. I haven't really gained weight, but I definitely stopped losing when I stopped counting.) Hem. For calories, I'm mostly just looking to not go above 1800 on days I don't exercise, and not above 2000 on days I do.

I decided to give myself some rewards. I'm going to award them based on 2 weeks maintaining a weight or losing. None of this losing weight, rewarding self and gaining back crud. : P Realistically, I'm going to update this list probably once a month as I find pretty things that I'd like more or that would look better. But it's a fun exercise. : )
