Alright, well, I managed to narrow down the choice of possible substitutes to Midnight Gothic Bat Boots, Mad Scientist Rubber Boots, Seracila Pendant (Pan), and Tsunami KO Classic Boots. I checked all of them with Gaia so unless your pants are on a different layer level than my pants, they should all go underneath. Sadly, in my opinion, none of them can match up to Rainy Day if you were allowed to layer it as you wish. In the tektek below, I used the Tsunami boots.
