Hello everyone!

I haven't posted in a VERY long time, sorry about that.

So anyway, my friend Emma says to me all the time (because I'm rather skinny) "You need some meat on your bones!" which bothers me a little. Does the phrase bother anyone else like it does for me? I know it's petty, but the pet peeves can really...peeve you! (Lol, sorry for the terrible joke)

Meat means flesh, so the saying means the person thinks you need to fill out a bit more, to be fleshier. It doesn't have anything to do with the dead animal kind of meat, so it doesn't bother me. Well, no more than any other comments about my weight would. whee

Yeah, sometimes there are those who tell me that I need to eat meat to get stronger. Dumb-dee-dumb-dumb.

Stupid stuff, but it takes a lot of people to make a world go 'round. So just ignore them.

If your underweight i'd say its a fair statement.

Test your BMI and see what it says.

I recommend you eat more nuts and starchy foods like potatoes
