Lazy > 0 - 1 > Short walk once every week
Light to Lazy > 2 - 4 > Walk three days a week,Light toning exercises
Light to Medium > 5 - 7 > Jog or Run or Dance three days a week/regular toning
Medium - Hardcore Awesomeness > 8 - 10 > Jog[etc] five days a week/regular toning
