You have to be unafraid of the fall...


Hello, everyone. This will be where I log at least once every week my progress on my journey towards a healthier life-- I would like to log at least 4 times a week, but it all depends on how things go. :3 Once a week at least.

So here we go!

In about 2 months I will be 20 years old.

Height: 5'3"
Current Weight: 158 lbs
Goal Weight: 140 lbs by June 2nd (130-125 is my ultimate goal)
Waistline: 28.5in. (72.4cm)

I want to fit into my size 9 Jeans.

I will not eat left-over doughnuts at work. Drink lots of water/other liquids.

Exercise 5 days out of the week for 30+ minutes. Start riding bike to work once it gets warmer out. :3


I will also log in a personal journal at least 3 days of the week (for personal health). And will practice smiling more often and make a more conscious effort to do so. Will tell people how I feel instead of lock it up inside and continue being open about my thoughts.

Day 1


Breakfast:
1cup oatmeal
1/3 cup Crasins
1/4 Soy Milk
A spoonful of Peanut butter



Lunch:
Turkey Sandwich with Vegan cheese and veganaise.
Also vegetable soup
half a banana



Dinner:
Miso Soup and Rice crackers



Snacks:

Rice Crackers
Kashi Fruit and nut bar
Kashi cereal bar



Exercise:
25 minutes of various cardio work outs (Tae Bo, trampoline, jog in place)
10 minutes sit-ups/crunches, pushups, squats and lunges.

Day 2


Breakfast:
Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal
Vanilla Soy Milk and 2% milk mixture



Lunch:
Turkey Sandwich with Vegan cheese and veganaise, and one egg



Dinner:
None eaten



Snacks:

None eaten.



Exercise:
None completed

I know I should be careful to not leave out meals-- but I work a late shift at a truck stop, and also recently have became ill. So I'm spending most of my time sleeping if I'm not at work. =/ But I'm usually more careful about it.

Day 5- Update


So I didn't log my meals on Wednesday and Thursday (wasn't planning on keeping track of every day anyway... but anyway)
I have decided to go vegetarian. I have already bought much of what I'll need for meals and such and making sure I have protein.

Also, I'm ill. It turns out I have tonsillitis and had to be prescribed some meds for it. I've had it for 2 weeks, but didn't feel sick or anything yesterday when I decided to visit the doctor.

I'm at 156 pounds right now, though I think it may just be because I'm sick and I always lose weight and gain it back when I'm sick. =/

Day 19

Too lazy to make it pretty right now.

Weight: 151 now. So lost 7 lbs so far.
