Breakfast: Chocolate Chex Mix Bar, Quaker oats crisps
Lunch: Whole Grain English muffin
Dinner: 4 Fresco beef tacos (they are very low calorie)
Snacks: Two pieces of sugar free chocolate
Drinks: one cup of earl gry tea, a big glass of lemon water, a cup of regular water
Exercise: 50 ab crunches
Jogged a mile
I would have done more but I am insanely tired and I have a terrible headache.
