Hello there! I'm Fuzzy Brown Shark, FBS, Fuzzy, Shark, or whatever else you fancy calling me. I've got this insatiable drive to improve, so I'm starting up a gallery for you to critique and comment on (hopefully)!

I'll attempt to post daily or every other day at least...I assume this is similar to CA's sketchbook forum, so I'll be treating it as such. :3

(( Though I'm confused with the rules? Oh well, if I'm doing it wrong I'll get told. xD ))

Originally it had an island in the background, but I took it out because it felt too cluttered. I had one closer as well, but then I couldn't get the "deep ocean" look.







This next one is a portfolio project.
Wip then finished.
The scrathes are from the blade. I used it to spread the conte and it sliced up the paper, but I thought it added a nice texture to the piece.

Fuzzy Brown Shark

I actually like the "deep ocean" look. I think it has a unique perspective. And I like the type of animal. Something that basically originates on land, but lives in the ocean.

EDIT: Just realized that it's a "Fuzzy Brown Shark". xD

It's beautiful. May I ask how you created the ocean effect? It looks quite realistic.
