I have an Ice deck but its far from any winners circle. anyone have any ideas on how to make a killer Ice deck?

I'm not really to sure, but this might help for the skeleton of the deck.

my deck has alot of tributes in it like the ice barrier ones I almost have like 3 of every card besides the non foil ones and the general card I just have 1 of him and 1 delorean the tiger card thingy?
