Looking over the forum, it's painfully obvious that while we have a lot of writers, we have very few commentors, critics, and editors on here. I'd like to work out some sort of "Reward" system of sorts. Come up with a "If you post a story or other piece of writing, you must at least review two other works on the forum" honour system type of thing.
It's pretty pointless to post you stuff somewhere if you never get any feedback on it. It'll keep writers/poets/whatever here longer, and make the forum more lively in general.
However, if there's a "reward" system implemented.. Well, We'll need to come up with a community fund or something. It's a pretty weak idea really, but it'd help to stimulate things in the short term.
Feedback is much appreciated. So are ideas.
Edit: Maybe something along the lines of a critique contest? Where the overall most helpful person wins or some such?
