I wanted to talk about this card too so I made my own thread!

Decent sideboard tech but, outmatched.
Why?
It takes up the normal summon and must attack to succeed. Meaning the maindecked Mirror Force, Books of Moon, and Solemn Warnings in the competitive field will be used to shut him down.
I'd suggest using a Compulsory Evacuation Device over this any day. Why? It's a trap and only Solemn Judgment, Cold Wave, and Trap Stun are all commonly played to shut this thing down. All at one (though Stun at two sometimes). We're talking four cards out of a minimum forty compared to the previous six out of forty. It also won't take the normal summon and hits all Synchros except Thought Ruler Archfiend.
Also, Compulsory is more versatile. It can help you dodge Effect Veiler, Bottomless Trap Hole, Torrential, Nobleman, etc etc etc.
Compulsory is, by far, the better choice.

i agree... i dont get why hes any better than the hundreds of other cards that can take a card off the field,
sure he is sent back to the hand but so is neo-specian grand mole... and he dosent even have to target a synchro

Exactly. The use of a normal summon, his lack of versatility, and his vulnerability make him low grade.
Grand Mole IS better, albeit limited, but better all the same.
