I dont have recruiters, royal tributes, and 1 gravekeeper's stele I need help on fitting these cards in and have it as a 40 card deck. :/ Any suggestions will be appreciated

Vissionary is too much at 3. if your playing him play just one or two. if you have no easy ways to get him out, play one or none.
chief is bad.
run assialants. 2-3. of them
spear Soldier is optional. use at your own discretion.
rite of spirit is also optional. i run it, but you might not like it.

-1 Spear Soldier
+3 Recruiter
+3 Assailant
-2 MST
+1 Necrovalley
+1 Royal tribute
+3 Stele
-3 Dimensional Prison
-1 dust tornado
-1 trap dustshoot
+2 Compulsory evacuation device/ Solemn Warning (you'll need them to get rid of the stonger synchros)
