Grow the herd with members who own Cerynei.
Have in herd plots and live RPs for members interested
Have games and events

Grow the familiars in the herd

Find lifemates or breeding partners

Find herd allies and enemies

Building the herd on my own (don't want to do it this way would much rather have members)
