I think I almost got hacked.

I was scanning the IAGT forum, and a window popped up and it said something along the lines of 'some error occurred and we need your username and password'. Was someone trying to hack me? I'm scared that it's going to happen again...

Don't enter your info & try to stay away from the pages you found them on.

If you find a common username that's on the pages where these windows pop up, please PM us, as there's been incidents where a link in their signatures (often through no fault of their own) triggers them to pop up.
Not entirely sure how it works, but keep an eye out so we can let them know. :3

I've seen this reported in the SF forum many times for a couple years now. It's not a hack, it's a glitch. Just ignore it or refresh the page and it will go away.

Well, the admins would never ask for your info, so its either a hacker or glitch. Just ignore it; close the box then refresh the page
