Popcorn!

My sister and I made vegan popcorn today!

You just need:
A package of plain popcorn.
Salt.
Earth Balance (or another non-dairy) margarine.
Nutritional yeast (powder or flakes).

Simply microwave the popcorn, melt the butter, mix them together with salt, and sprinkle nutritional yeast on top!
The yeast makes it taste cheesy and delicious, and it's really good for you. So yummy! ^ ^

Personally, I stovepop it, or I do the paper brown bag method(microwave).

What brand is the veg*n microwave one!? :O

I use Orville Redenbacher's natural "simply salted". The oil they use tastes just like butter in my opinion, but they don't use any.
To find plain bagged popcorn is usually a pain in the a**. It seems Newman's organics doesn't even have just salted. They have one that's 99% 'fat free' unsalted, but I think it still contains a touch of butter, maybe. It didn't taste like there was anything on it.

I wish I could just get an air popcorn maker and buy some organic popping corn so I could just eat healthy stuff, while knowing there are no animal biproducts involved. sweatdrop

I just used one of the brands you find at your regular grocery store.
Unfortunately not organic, but vegan (it pretty much only has soybean oil in it).
