What happened to the Halloween contest? We never got results for week three and no chance to vote on week four. When will we find out who won? confused question

I haven't had 5 minutes on line since Halloween
at least continuous minutes
Please forgive my absence
I think next time I'll follow Cookies advice and just let her run the contest.
I never did get the final weeks voting up.
I'm sending out prize money now for all weeks cept the last and and the overall winner.
I figure I'll set those two together for a vote on the main forum.
Maybe I'll get more votes that way.
I'm sorry Unicorn and to all those who took the time participate
I really enjoyed the contest and seeing what you all did with my crackpot scheme.
It will be up by this after noon at the very least,
